"Hi this trip was not the best experience at all. In confresi resort most of the staff have attitudes, all room service was the worst, phone didn’t work, the jacuzzi has mold in jets, there was no hot water to our room for 4 days we asked to get changed to another room they said sure and never switched us, there food was getting almost everyone sick even the fruits were rotten in the buffets, our room door was broken and they left us out the room for hours then got us in and never fixed the door we needed assistance everyday to get in our own room. It was a horrible experience I would never go back to a place like this. No help whatsoever all out bad time for a man that travels at least 5 times a year worst place ever do not go."
