"On first impressions, the hotel appears to be ideal and comfortable, however, I had a very bad experience with the staff. They are extremely unprofessional and at one point spent a morning gossiping about the guests. This was a very poor experience and the stay from then on felt unsafe. Even asking for a change of towels was received with a frown and we were told that we had to pay which seemed absurd give that we paid to stay over for 6 nights.
