I didn’t have breakfast but from what i saw, it does look good. I was one of the transferred ones from one hotel to another due to overbooking and no availability of rooms, and the customer service assistants were very understanding and accommodating. Clean room, very relaxing after all the hassles. Excellent staff support for a firat timer in Paris.

Good but bar and restaurant closed

Hotel was fine except on a Friday and Saturday the bar and restaurant were closed. This was particularly surprising as there was a rugby match at the next door stadium and most guests were staying for the rugby. Amazing profit opportunity lost.

My whole experience was quite good, except that even though fridge was in the room but it was not working. the Coffee peripherals were not filled up properly. Even though the cleaning of the room was done every day but the shampoo was not filled. Very good breakfast, Nice staff, I recommend this place for stays in Creteil and Paris.

Paris adventures

We chose this hotel to travel in and out of Paris after trawling through eye watering prices for tiny little rooms or tiny apartments with sofa beds. The hotel is clean and the room was spacious, the king size bed was very comfortable and our room had a mini fridge for our drinks and snacks. It is only a few minutes walk to Creteil Pointe du Lac metro station and a T+ ticket (2.10€) lets you travel by metro, change lines, change over to buses within a 90 minute period. We stayed on a room only basis, breakfast was 19€ so we didn't try that. We had one meal in the hotel and the food was nice but expensive.

We like this hotel, It is modern, clean and the room is a good size room for two people. We also like the area in where the hotel is located. It is outside of Paris, but close enough to drive to Paris and Loire Valley.

Hotel is nice and clean, however we choose this particular hotel because it advertised ac in the room. We where three couples and 2 had to be changed from the room due to non-working AC. Then young lady that received us was very pleasant and helpful but the staff in breakfast area where not so pleasant.

We stayed for one night only In route to Lourdes. The receptionist on duty that day were very helpful. My cousin had a fall and they helped us call for the ambulance and after being examined was taken to the hospital. They gave us an ice pack while waiting for the ambulance. They were very caring .

5 star service!

I can't praise the staff enough, the two on the front desk and the server in the restaurant. Being the weekend near 14 July, with restaurant only open one night of my stay, it could have been a problem but every wuestion I had was answered and nothing too much trouble. It would have been a 5 star rating but the aircon broke in my room and nothing could be done over the national holiday. I was offered a transfer but didnt want the nassle of moving.

They did not provide a crib even though it was advertised on Expedia as an option. Typical european air conditioning, as in it barely does anything when fully blasting even on a relatively cool day. Room was otherwise decent. Room was overviewing metro tracks so if you wanted to open the window it was very loud at night.
