「The onsen design room was very comfortable and spacious with great view of the lake and blueberry garden. The amazing staff from the valet attendant to the checkin assistant greeted us with warm welcome and made us feel right at home. Nice touch having to remove our shoes before stepping on the tatami corridor. There are shoe lockers at the entrance of each floor corridor. The in-room onsen was lovely. There’s frosted glass (balcony railing) for privacy otherwise would have great lake/mountain...

「今次住宿整體不錯，只有幾點扣了點分 首先，一泊二食方案，我們訂了2晚，預早1個月提出其中一晚付費轉其他餐廳，酒店回應已滿額，不能轉換。到入住當天再查詢，職員回應需入住前5天提出申請。真不明白應何時申請？！ 而自助晚餐種類不多，食品一般！ 另外，房間寛躺舒適，浴室乾濕分離，但廁所與浴室有點距離，廁所內沒有洗手盤，每次用完廁所都要從客廳走到睡房的浴室才能洗手，十分不便！ 最後要讚，酒店提供付費巴士接送服務，往返酒店與札榥站/新千歲機場，很貼心（都是需要事先在官網預訂），但好像每天只有一班，如果下午可已加多一班機場返酒店就更好了！」

「很多人滑雪，地方很大，但路線指示不多，也沒有地圖，到房間很才發現有App可到酒店網站查看地圖，應該在前枱就向我們介紹使用，可減少時間找路，但職員很好，會幫忙。 房間設施雖有點舊，但整潔乾淨。酒店食肆選擇很多，附近還有7–11。還可以夾公仔👍👍」

「The hotel locates at the more peaceful side of Lake Toya, which we enjoyed. It’s new with helpful staff. The 24 hour snack station is a nice touch.」

「Amazing hotel with great view to Lake Toya. Top notch service and immaculate room with our own onsen inside. I must add that breakfast we had was just superb. We really can't be happier with our stay. One small note that it's a very short drive (5 mins) to downtown but this is what make this a great stay as it's a bit tucked away from the crowd but still very close to everything we needed.」
