「Children running in the hallways until late (11:00) at night was disrupting.」

「We really enjoyed our stay. I was surprised to see a heated toilet with a bidet and remote control. The was a novelty for us and fun to try as I've heard good things about bidets. Our room also had a full body massage chair that was really nice. The only problem is now my husband wants one at home! lol. This was all surprisingly modern and hi-tech in the middle of Amish country. Everything was very clean and the after hours check in was simple. We also got a coupon for a free 1/3 lb of cheese...

「There was a clogged poopy toilet in my room upon arrival. I was able to fix it myself but I shouldn’t have had to. The cleaning staff was very loud in the hallway at 7am but the front desk staff was very kind.」

「The hotel was nice and comfortable. Staff was great. The housekeeping was spotty. Perfect one day, half done the next, and nothing done the third. The indoor pool wasn't heated. But overall, I'd stay there again.」

「Though the staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were not clean. The first room I was given had a distinct smell. I was given another room which the bathroom was not clean ( dirty towels and soap still out). I was finally upgraded and given a somewhat clean room (something was on chairs and I wiped chairs down) and tub did not work. Very disappointed.」
