I have never encountered more friendlier and more attentive staff; they seem genuinely glad to be working there and it shows in their work ethic and approach to guests. 「The resort and people were amazing especially Ericka, Jane, and Sherry!!! Erika works at the boutique, Jane greets you for breakfast, and Sherry is usually at the swim bar. They make everything feel seamless. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I think the rooms could use smart tvs for better television watching and they need outlets by the bed to allow technical device charging. I would definitly stay here again when going back to Turks & Caicos!」
