「Room was clean. Some of the staff was not very friendly at the resort including Hemingway’s. I was charged for transportation to and from airport when I had already paid round trip at booking.」

Special shout outs to Tiffany our personal Concierge and our Adults Pool side concierge (engineer), Yves, Both made our trip that much more enjoyable.
