「The pic on the website of expedia and hotel did not match. If you are not in the main building then you are very far from the lake and spa. No breakfast in the hotel, Not at all freindly staff when you check in, we checked in at 11 o'clock at night and they didn"t help us with our luggage. rooms were so so small....」

The only major issue I had was when I went to take a shower. It seemed like the hot water was taken a very long time to get hot and it didn’t stay hot but very long. 「There was a musty odor to the room. Linens on bed felt partially damp at the feet. Room was clean. When I opened the mini fridge, it fell off the platform.」

「The location is perfect. This was more like a B&B right in the heart of town. You can walk to the lake, shops and restaurants. Check in was super easy and friendly. Julie was great. The room was clean except for a towel that was stained. Not sure how it passed the clean test. Besides that the room felt somewhat damp. The AC unit filter needs to be replaced or something along those lines so it can work properly. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again but need AC to be working properly.」
