「The Tv only showed No Signal and nobody was there after nine. The furniture wasn’t even on par with Goodwill. I felt like I was going to roll off the mattress all night. The hot water took forever to get tepid. It is just an old run down motel.」

「Stayed at the sunshine Inn for one night on a visit to the Saratoga Battlefield. I chose it because it was close to the battlefield, even though it has the external look of a 1960s motel I was surprised to discover that the rooms had been updated nicely. The bed was comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. It was a delightful surprise. The rooms are on the small side, but adequate for a couple. I would stay there again.」

「The property and room itself was a nice space, and a good location, very quiet. It needed a little more care in the cleaning (some dusty areas along the baseboards and under tables). No one came to clean or check on the room during our two night stay. The self-serve property app - to check in and communicate with the staff - could not be accessed (an authentication issue due to our booking through Expedia and not directly with the property). We luckily ran into a staff member at check in who...

「The property was very dated... run down fixtures,, bathrooms.. sink and bathtub missing large areas of grout.. they were discolored by age and usage and very unpleasing...We received no maid service for the 3 nights we were there..no fresh linens nor any fresh towels. The parking lot and entrance ramp are dated and full of holes and uneven pavement and in need of repair....Therefore.. a poor rating is being nice...」

「Newly acquired motel is being remodeled. Bathroom was newly done and in great shape. Big fridge in the room for our use. Large TV as well. Motel looked like an old motel that needed some updates.」

「We had a beautiful room. The staff and owner went above and beyond to assist us and accommodate our schedule. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. 」

「Two things can improved: 1). The bathroom needs to be renovated. It has a dirty look. 2). The security alarm was beeping irritatingly all the first night. This prevented us from getting anywhere near a good night sleep. I did not find the owner very responsive. He said someone would be there by 4 PM the next day」
