「The bath towels weren’t enough, and whenever we needed more we had to go down to the first floor to get them. there is no sheet to cover sofa bed，also we need extra blanket， except those things， other things r very good」

「The location was very convenient, which is why we booked here since it was the closest option to Legoland. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. The linens did not seem properly maintained, the sofa bed sheets had hair on them, and the main bed sheets had visible stains. The room felt unclean overall, which made the stay uncomfortable. We expected a much higher standard of cleanliness from a Marriott hotel.」

He told me that it was not his problem but mine. He eventually showed me a list of names and mine was the first on the list of reservations. everything went smooth after that. Not sure if I would return there.」
