「We recently stayed one night at the LEGOLAND New York Resort and overall had a nice experience, but I don’t feel it was worth the cost. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the LEGO-themed room was fun for the kids. However, the biggest disappointment was that park tickets were not included with the hotel stay. 「The road leading to the hotel was filled with potholes and very treacherous. It could do damage to a car if driver didn’t go at a snail’s pace as the holes were unavoidable.」

「The shower pressure was very low, the room was small, and the soundproofing was poor.」

「Very nice rooms but it is an extended stay hotel and the room is not cleaned more than once a week. They will supply towels as needed. They did not explain this upon check in. There is no breakfast provided but coffee is available 24 hours. Most of the staff was very friendly.」
