「The pic on the website of expedia and hotel did not match. If you are not in the main building then you are very far from the lake and spa. No breakfast in the hotel, Not at all freindly staff when you check in, we checked in at 11 o'clock at night and they didn"t help us with our luggage. rooms were so so small....」

「Beautiful old building with nice rooms. Quiet during non-event periods. Loved walking the grounds and sitting on the open air porch. Very reasonable pricing and great location. Breakfast was nothing special but did the trick.」

「Upon approaching the lodge, we were appalled at the condition of the building. It was run down and the landscaping needed attention. We were also very surprised to read a note on the outside of room saying that all Finger Lakes Lodging guests must register at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa down the road. We did as the note requested and went down to the spa. I wasn't very far away. Upon approaching the front desk I was asked how I was today. I said very disappointed in the condition of the building...

「Gross!! Don’t stay here unless your only other option is sleeping in a dumpster. A dirty sock was sticking out from under the bed when we arrived! The bathroom looked like what you’d see in a “slumlord’s” college student apartment. Looked like it had a flood years ago so from the floor up to a foot around the perimeter it looked damaged. Everything was old and dingy and honestly, I don’t know how this is even still an open business. It was the only hotel/motel I have ever stayed in that did not...

「There was a musty odor to the room. Linens on bed felt partially damp at the feet. Room was clean. When I opened the mini fridge, it fell off the platform.」
