「2 adults staying 6 nights, we had a lovely time here. The room was perfect and generally very quiet. The staff were wonderful: polite, kind and helpful. The food was excellent. Our only minor concern was that not all stairs had a handrail once above the 1st floor, although elevators were available as an alternative. 」

「Pros: The room cards can be used as theme park tickets during the stay. The swimming pool is attractive. Staff are polite and helpful. Good for family stay. Cons: The room is too dark. Facilities such as kettles or bottled water are not included.」

「Bonjour cela fait 4fois que nous venons depuis 2016 et nous sommes déçus de voir que la qualité de l’établissement a changé la propreté des chambres n’est plus ce qu’elle était plus d’échantillons chaque jour et le ménage est vite fait la terrasse sale le cendrier non vidé les poubelles non plus. En ce qui concerne les repas rien a changé félicitations au chef cuisinier et les serveurs agréables. 「Good value for money. Rooms felt a bit dated and bedding was awful. No glasses or drinking water provided in rooms. We couldn't get a sea facing room amd got one overlooking the splash park/road, which was quite noisy and not very pleasant. Swimming facilities were good and access to the private beach was nice. Food - very good for a 3* hotel. I've been to many 4* hotels where food was a lot worse, so we were pleasantly surprised.」

「The hotel is very clean, and in a great location. I found the staff efficient and reactive to anything we needed. I would describe the staff as professionally friendly. I cant comment on parking, we took the bus, which I highly recommend. It was easily accessible right outside the hotel. Reading previous reviews I wasn't sure what to expect from the Food service, but I had a great experience. It was much better than I expected. If fact it was so good, I often preferred to eat at the hotel...
