「It is a beautiful and relaxing property.」

「Staff was accommodating and pleasant. The room was basic like an older Motel 6. The furniture was very old, but the TV was good and there was a small fridge in microwave which was convenient. Bathtub didn’t drain very well. The hotel employee who checked me in changed me to another room because I saw a big spider that crawled under my bed. I was actually glad to get a different room because they had just checked in a couple with three kids that kept slamming their door every couple of minutes....

「The Inn is a nice older property in a great location in Taos, but it is in need of TLC. Our room itself was fine, but top came off one small table and the shower was designed in such a way that we soaked the mat each time. More importantly, our reception at the hotel was lukewarm; my call to the front desk to request help with the TV went unanswered; and, on my subsequent trip to the front desk, I was told that they didn't know how to work the new TV system. 「No elevator so anyone who has difficulty with stairs needs to request a main floor room. Building is adjacent to a delightful stream. Patio tables and chairs are available at ground level next to the stream and on the rear main floor patio. Front desk rep was very friendly and helpful. The room was rather dated and needs much better lighting. Bathroom fan and heating units were noisy. Good quality and size of towels. Keurig coffee maker is appreciated. Bed was comfy with good pillow selection...

「Our stay was enjoyable and the property offered an amazing view. The room was clean and the bed sheets were fresh, which we really appreciated. The only concern we had was that when we opened the drawers, there was noticeable dust inside. This caused us to cough and sneeze a couple of times, though it settled quickly afterward. Aside from that, everything else was comfortable and we had a good experience overall.」

「Let me start off by saying the owners were great. They are in the process of remodeling other than being able to tell the difference between old and new you would never have known it. It was quiet. They did not have any building materials laying around or trash. When we pulled up they both greeted us and let us know that they were there and available if we needed anything.
