「Very cool place, but needs a number of Improvements to call it self a resort. NO water pressure in the shower, a bathtub in the middle of the room and curtains for privacy, really? The staff are excellent, great chef, just need to go to the Ritx Carlton/Windstream school of excellence. This place COULD be World Class with a few minor improvements. Phil Ingram」

「The hotel front desk looks decent. But the ‘real’ surprise waits when you go inside. The corridors are dingy, scattered with cigarette butts, dirty. The laundry room is wide open, as is another equally unkempt room with pipes all along (I think it is the HVAC). The hotel has no lift, so had to drag my 50 pounds heavy suitcase up the stairs, go through two sets of tunnels until I reached my room. And then you have a even bigger surprise. The rooms are dingy, with no light in the middle and only...

「The rooms need a facelift. Carpet is old and stained and smelly. Rooms smell . Spiderwebs throughout baseboard at corners of rooms, under HVAC, mice droppings under pull out sofa. Not a good experience. I expect more from a Hilton property.」
