「The hotel needed an overhaul, the room qualities are getting bad every year. We had been staying there for many years for CNY. Now the shower tap is mouldy, toilet not cleaned and dirty and smelly, bed is refreshed, towels are old and rough and greyish. 」

「超差……千萬不要去，我們一家15人入住此resort兩晚，完全好似住緊鬼屋。我是看旅遊書介紹，看到有water park, safari park, 牛仔城等很多設施，所以book了兩晚. 臨出發前三日，我到他們的網站看看要不要先預訂一些門票，點知見到通告water park臨時維修唔開，我們已非常失望。去到check in, 又比左兩間荒廢左既公寓房我地，搞左好耐，我地話要轉apartment, 最後轉返兩間比我地，但我唔明囉，成個度假村好似無人咁，仲要比頭尾房我地，廁所燈壞，床單面勁多塵，冷氣壞，廁所冲唔到……打去reception好耐都無人聽，當晚捱一晚，第二朝起身去接待處同佢地講，跟住我地打算去玩高卡車，原路經過看見很多設施好像荒廢的，無人玩，我地最後在此廢城什麼都沒有玩……」

「Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides. I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff. Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again.」

「房間很寬闊，早餐選擇不多！入房內不夠十分鐘跳電兩次，要求换房間還是不換，結果第三次跳電再度要求才換給我們，不過防盜門鎖是壞的！大堂很大，有免費停車，房間整潔但有點舊。」
