"This airport hotel provides shuttle service from airport to hotel every two hours and we used them both ways. The room is beautifully decorated, modern and really clean. The staff is friendly from valet to receptionist and really helpful. We were given a free dink voucher at the cafe and a chocolate feast. We really enjoyed our last night in Kuala Lumpur before flying off to Sydney the next morning. Ket and James"

"Great for the price, nice staff except the one time o stayed couple days prior the bigger taller guy was so pushy on me doing this review, I told him Expedia sends me reminders I will do it but he kept pushing which was annoying!! "Stayed in a 3-bedroom "apartment". A really lovely and spacious floorplan with (as its name suggests) three separate bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom. It was so nice to be able to travel with a group, share a common living area, and have the convenience of our own separate bathrooms. There are no cooking facilities in the apartment but you can eat outside meals/snacks around the dining table. Just remember to bring your own cutlery/plates/dishwashing products etc. as only...

"Well worth it for longer layovers. Having the ability to shower and sleep on a real bed was invaluable to us during long layovers.
