「Horrible experience. They gave me the wrong code for the lock box so I wasn’t able to get in until 645 pm. The place was a mess as well. When I finally got into my room it reeked of weed. When I told them about this they told me just to light a candle. I left and asked for a refund immediately, and they stopped responding until Expedia got involved. Then they eventually denied it. Awful service, gross place」

「Upon first entering the reception is nice. It looks to have had a recent refurb. The receptionist was welcoming. We were given a room on the third floor, there is a lift. The layout of the hotel was like a rabbit warren a confusing at times, but we found our way around. Upon entering the room it had a lounge, bathroom and bedroom, which would have been lovely.
