「We have gone several times during the last few years and unfortunately it is showing cuts and decline that we were not expecting. The rooms are not as clean as they used to be, they also changed the bathroom products to a lesser quality one. They also served complementary American coffee early in the morning now they charge you as if you were buying from Starbucks. The rentals of the beach amenities also went up. In general, they have increased their prices and declined in services.」

「The room was very outdated. We experienced roaches in the room. The balcony door was very hard to close, and it did not lock. The lavatory sink in the outside of the bathroom was very damaged around the sides. We paid for an "Ocean View" but we could barely see the ocean through a gap in the trees. Not hardly worth the extra money. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the parking was easy.」

「Immaculate!! Such a pleasure to walk into a beautiful, spacious, clean accommodation. The kitchen had pots, pans, dishes for 4, plenty of glassware & utensils needed. The pool is very nice with a children's pool & a separate hot tub area. Outdoor billiards table, ping pong & cornhole. We will definitely stay here again.」
