「The facilities were always clean and stocked. The people were friendly and helpful. The two pools were great, one was lively and had a swim up bar, and the other was laid back and peaceful. The second pool was also where staff would hold events like water aerobics and pool volleyball. The 5 different restaurants had a lil something for everyone and everything I tried was good to great, it all depends on your taste buds.」

When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」

「My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
