"Check in process was terrible. The room was not ready. Once checked into the property there was no hot water for 24 hours. Kept being told they will fix it and was ignored. Once fixed all was fine. Second room paid for breakfast and then told there was no breakfast included with the package. "

Only thing I didn’t like was in the reception lobby area the Oud scent smell was too much and very much overpowering. This smell should be subtle. I have stayed in Fairmont twice and the smell is subtle. "

"Was very walkable to haram, only one hill may be difficult for the elderly in the heat. Otherwise nice and new facilities with pretty decent selection for the breakfast buffet. We got upgraded to a junior suite and it was very comfortable as always Hilton beds don’t disappoint. Only complaint didn’t get my double tree cookie tho🙈"

"Really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, convenience for groceries (there is a grocery store right across although the prices are high), a shuttle bus that comes every 40 minutes to take you to a transfer point for the Haram. Breakfast could use improvement but the dine-in menu for room service is very good! Overall I was very impressed by the amenities and facilities (gym and a very well build mosque inside). They are extremely welcoming and available to tend to your every need. "

"The hotel is located right near Masjid an Nabawi, which makes this hotel popular. The hotel is very old, dated, the aesthetic and amenities feel antiquated from the late 90s. Service was friendly, housekeeping was helpful and the elevators were quick. Check-in took about 20/25 min and there was only 1 person in front of me, took a while, they had 5-6 people on reception but it was very slow. Near a supermarket, lost of food places, very central location, ideal hotel."
