「Great, way beyond our expectations, everything is very nice here」

「Everything was awesome. Only complaint was not being able to access ice machine at certain times」

「Poor experience at check in Arrived at 11am (didn’t expect room to be ready) but I would expect to be allowed to park and maybe use the pool. I was told to come back at 330pm I asked for advice on what or where I could go until then maybe thinking I’d be given some local ideas etc, I was just met with a shrug. Came back at 330pm. Room not ready, finally was given key at 4pm. Reception smelt of cigarettes, awful. Room was clean, pool is lovely. But I wouldn’t stay here again, customer service...

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「When we checked in the front desk associate was not warm and welcoming and truly seemed annoyed. To pay tax and a service charge for a beach umbrella is crazy. Stayed at dozens +++ hotels and never had tax and a service charge. Additionally I gave the young man a tip for setting up the umbrella and some how there was also a tip on my bill for the umbrella set up. Hard to believe a $30.00 umbrella was 45.00 plus crazy and not acceptable.」

「everything was top notch. Rooms very clean and staff was very nice. Especially at breakfast. They have a nice hot breakfast and large, nice dining room at breakfast. The only drawback I had is there are no drink or snack machines. Not even in the lobby, office area. i would guess because they have the onsite tiki bar and restaurant but still, they need soda and snack machine. Had to go to a store and stock up. Other than that, I had a really nice time.」
