「I booked a 5:30 p.m. spa treatment and told the staff at booking that my phone had no service anywhere on the resort property. While I was soaking, the spa called at 4:51 and 5:02 p.m. to say the therapist could not arrive on time and ask if I could move to 6:30. I saw the messages at 5:15 but still had no service to call back. When I arrived at the spa at 6:15, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded. I understand that a new time might require confirmation, but...

「The check-in staff was aloof and seemed bothered to explain where things were located. The valets were great The breakfast server was great」

「Great property with a lot of history! Beautifully cared for and a lovely walk to the plaza. Wonderful and friendly staff!」

「Beautiful hotel in the center of old town. Excellent」

「Needs some TLC, very tired-looking property. The room was basic (despite it being an upgrade) but adequate. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were very hard and the AC unit was extremely loud, resulting in a difficult night and very little sleep. We chose to check out in the morning after just one night of our two-night booking. The staff was pleasant upon check-in and check-out.」

「非常棒的景色，非常好的服务，点餐的食物也非常棒。」

「Room was very clean and Sante Fe style. Quiet location, close enough to everything but away from the crowds. Breakfast was nice and the Bistro food was tasty. Staff was helpful and available. I would definitely stay here again. Parking lot was available and easy to access if needed.」

「Very nice」

「The room was clean and pretty nice. It only had a shower, but was adequate. The space to hang clothes was a bit cramped, but ok. The most trying thing was that the room key took several tries to work each time. A bit frustrating. The breakfast had good eggs and sausage. I would stay here again.」

「The room we had was small but adequate. The bathroom was tiny and inconvenient to use. The grounds were extensive, very lovely and beautifully maintained by only two very hardworking men.」
