「The hotel and room were very nice and everyone was helpful. I am sensitive to smells and the only complaint I had was the room had a strong smell of cleaning fluid. We had to open the windows and leave the room for a while to air it out.」

「Property is nice and elegant but the AC wasn’t working in part of the hotel. We booked 3 rooms and two of them the AC didn’t work. We were there in June . We asked for two adjoining rooms and they couldn’t accommodate.」

「The Inn and Spa at Loretto is an amazing resort. It is within walking distance to the Plaza. The Loretto chapel is right next door and is incredibly beautiful with the winding staircase. The pool at the Inn was awesome! We were there on a Sunday afternoon and they had poolside service that was outstanding! We will definitely return when we are in Santa Fe!」
