「GREAT」

「We enjoyed two nights in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Being located in Old Towne, we were able to walk to shops and some very good restaurants.」

「The rooms were well appointed and clean. Nice white bedding. Hair dryer included. Breakfast was good and the cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and dining area was exceptional. All the people who worked there were hard working, very friendly and efficient. I keep coming back.」

「It seems as though the property was going through a renovation so there was a little mess. However, the staff was very accommodating. My room did have a funny smell, and I bought air freshener at the grocery next door to help with that. But room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was nice to have groceries n restaurants right within reach.」

「El cuarto huele mucho a cigarrillos pedimos el cambio pero no nos lo quisieron hacer. La bañera le faltaba mas detalles de limpieza, siembargo el cuarto de mi hija si tenia buena limpieza y el baño estaba limpio. Aparte me cancelaron la reservacion por no llegar a tiempo, 😒」

「I had a reservation and when I arrived I was told that they were under renovation and they had no available rooms and I didn’t even get to ask for verification or proof of that. The front desk person was rude and disrespectful while someone that was staying there was sitting in the lobby with him and talking about how his microwave was not working and drinking alcohol. I have disputed the charge, made a claim, have travel insurance and still have not received a refund. Meanwhile I had to pay for...
