Hotel with a Concierge in Portugal from NT$4,733

"I had to catch my 5am flight, only stayed very short period of time. The room was clean and comfortable. Had continental breakfast at 2:30am which was great that they providing that! The staffs were very friendly and helpful, even helped me with my personal favor that another hotel didn’t want to help, to drop off a prepaid package at postal office during their business hours. I’m very grateful for the help! Best of all, it’s only 5 mins walk across the street to terminal one! "

"No water in room, tea/coffee facilities in room virtually non existent and despite advertising one, there is NO AIRPORT shuttle - They actually have to book one for you with a 3rd party company and require a minimum of 9 HOURS NOTICE. "

I was so grateful to the lady who cleans them because I really appreciate that the restaurant was amazing. The food was delicious. The breakfast was outstanding. A huge spread. Just absolutely wonderful at 10 all the way.!!!"

"BEWARE! DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION! WE PLANNED ON SLEEPING IN TODAY. WOKE UP TO HAMMERING , BANGING, DRILLING, CHANINSAWS. . TRIED TO CALL FRONT DESK TO ASK WHY THIS WAS EXTREMELY LOUD & NON STOP, STAFF TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN 10 MINUTES .WE WENT DOWNSTAIRS TO TALK TO SOMEONE, THEY SAID THEY WOULD STOP UNTIL WE LEFT FOR THE DAY, YET THEY CONTINUED. DUST PARTICLES WERE FLYING AROUND EVERYWHERE THAT WE COULD SEE IN THE BATHROOM OVERHEAD LIGHTS, WHICH IM SURE WERE THROUGHOUT THE ROOM & MOST LIKELY COMING THROUGH THE AIR VENTS. WE HAD TO CHECKOUT, DUE TO THIS BEING A SAFETY HAZARD TO OUR HEALTH & SANITY . HOW IS THIS HOTEL TAKING RESERVATIONS WITHOUT NOTIFYING GUESTS THAT THIS WILL HAPPEN ? The MANAGER COMPED ONLY 1/2 OF 1 NIGHT WHICH IS RIDICULOUS & DISGUSTING! "
