「This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. 「The price is very reasonable， location is perfect. The Shower door is dangerous for age people and kids . 」

「Wonderful experience - ever the off was better than expected. Staff were friendly, and all the family friendly touches were so helpful.」

「Wonderful landscape and buildings!」

「Staff was very friendly, room was clean, towels were extremely rough! Bars closed quite early, no alcohol in rooms, and didn’t have our main choice of alcohol. Not a lot of food options. Only 3 restaurants and had to make reservations at two of them which only had a few food options that weren’t always available. Front desk never answered phone, always had to physically approach desk to get rides to and from parking lot. Beach was not very close and no amenities for the beach. Had no assistance...

「This hotel is heaven. The staff were super helpful and lovely. The beach was amazing. The food was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean. The spa was fantastic. I had a massage and facial. My only comment would be that the bakery/cafe by the pool stay open later. I was a solo traveler and I had the most relaxing and peaceful stay.」

「The resort location is near to the train station. It is convenient and the environment is very comfortable. The resort is very good for relaxation. One thing is needed to improve is lack of staff to manager the swimming pool.」

「The hotel grounds were good, breakfast was plentiful even though repetitive day by day. They had nightly entertainment, some good, some not. The on site Flor de Sal was very good, the service there was excellent. My biggest complaint was the unfriendliness of the reception and staff everywhere. No one smiles or greets you when you walk by. I felt there was a general unfriendly vibe from the staff everywhere. They don't seem happy or pretend to be happy for the clients!! My room was fine, pillows...

「Rooms were very spacious and clean. Veranda was lovely to sit out on. Beautiful resort with short walk to beach. Only disappointment was Restaurant didn’t offer à la carte while we were there. Buffet was very over priced and not really good. Very disappointing for the $$」

「The water pressure of hot shower is so low in my room. The in room phone is not working. Staffs are friendly and helpful.」
