「Loved the location. Loved the coffee shop and bar with unique cocktails. Stylish, clean room with plenty of toilet paper :-) and towels, however, we didn’t have shampoo. Bed was a little too soft for our liking. Our room the Courtside was right by the door to enter or exit the property and hearing it slam while sleeping wasn’t great.」

「When we arrived there was no one to greet us and when someone arrived, there was little explanation, however, the place was clean, and our overall experience was very good.」

「Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout.」

「Everything was close & within walking distance. Having parking on site was a plus since parking downtown can be challenging. Owners were very nice & even though we didn’t need them I know they would have been very helpful. Having stayed in the luxury suite next to inn was a bonus with a comfortable recliner & kitchenette. We will plan on staying there on our next visit to Stratford.」
