the owner goes out of his way to satisfy your needs we always get the same room in the back and it has everything we need clean washroom, microwave, fridge and a nice tv with plenty of channels we always get the same room in the back, very quiet 2 queen very comfortable beds perfect for a weekend stay

The motel was very dated, if you opened the window it fell off. Screen torn. The decor of the room was awful, very old. The bathroom looked to be more recent. Very low sink but bathroom was ok. Plenty of hot water and it was clean. It really wouldn’t take much to spruce up the rooms and grounds. Disappointing that it hasn’t been done. It was quiet.

Humble motel about a 20 minute walk away from downtown Stratford. Staff were kind and helpful. Interiors and amenities are outdated but clean and in good working order. Considering how difficult it can be to find a weekend stay in Stratford during festival season, Rosecourt was a welcome and affordable option for us. Obviously if you are expecting the Ritz-Carleton you will not find it here, however I found the accommodations perfectly acceptable for a normal person and had no issues during my stay, especially considering the affordable price. Overall would have no problem staying here again :-).

The drain stopper in the bathtub remained closed throughout my shower. To drain the bathtub, I had to reach in and hold up the stopper until all the water was out.

Staff was friendly during check-in and check-out, very quick, too. The room was large and clean. Beds were queen sized. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was updated. Shampoo and soap, and hair dryer were provided. Location was excellent, on the road out of town, and 5 minutes from downtown. The one improvement I would like to see is a coffee maker in the room.

The okay - It’s a basic motel with beds. It’s 20 mins walk to town and 5 mins walk to the nearest gas station. The room had cable tv, a microwave, and refrigerator which were very handy. The a/c worked well. The worst - towels and bed sheets had hair and old stains. The room smelled old, like it hadn’t been aired, so we had to leave the windows wide open to get the smell out.
