「The room was cleaned and cleaned daily throughout our stay, which was lovely. The details, however, are largely overlooked - the bathmat is gross, the one-shag covers for the surround on the round bed have not likely been cleaned or have been cleaned poorly so they're matted, the blankets on the beds are VERY thin. 「Very disappointing and unsafe experience. I booked a room with a king-size bed. From the outside, the hotel looked fine, but when we entered the room, we were shocked. There was a strong cigarette smell, a dirty floor, exposed electrical sockets, and a large hole in the bathroom ceiling. The room clearly did not look ready or safe for guests. We complained and were moved to another room, but received a queen bed instead of the king we booked. The second room still smelled of cigarettes, and...

「City oc London should shut down this place. Dirty place inside the room, washroom needs plumbing, shower gives big sound, can't put back on. Toilet flush not working. Toilet Dirty inside. Live bugs. Hair on bedsheets. Ac not working. I will write to health inspector with city of London to take action. U paying and not able to sleep. It's hazardous place.」

「The kiwi is fantastic, so cute and clean. That being said, the pool and hot tub area were pretty sad. The entire pool liner was lifting and the hot tub was dirty and cold. We weren’t there for the pool so this had no impact on us and we would definitely stay again」
