「It’s a beautiful place but the parking situation is absolutely terrible. You have to pay $30 dollars a day for the valet. When they take your vehicle, they’re supposed to take you to your room and pick you back up when leaving. Problem is, they never come and pick you up and you end up walking to the valet. Just to leave the property, which is a 10 minute drive to the main road, you have to call for a cart, which never came during our 7 day stay, go to valet and wait till they bring your vehicle...

「Asked for my wife’s drivers license as well as mine and my wife’s sister’s at check in. Have never encountered that before. My license has been sufficient at every other hotel I have stayed in. It was no problem, we gave them the ID’s. Just never have had this happen before and stuck me as weird. Hotel was good.」

「Overall this Microtel was a good value for the location. However there was some significant noise from rooms nearby. There's not enough sound deadening in the design」

「I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay $75 per dog and my dog only weigh 20 pounds that was $140 extra that I had to pay for the room」

「Everyone was super nice here from the front desk clerks to the management to the girls that were cleaning the room. We were here for a week because my daughter‘s apartment had burnt down and I could not. I can’t say I don’t know how to express how wonderful everybody was no words and one person really really stood out. I think her name was Sulee and she was a housekeeper, always had a smile so friendly she was such a joy, bright light in a terrible time.」
