Inside the room was good, except needed a desk. The exterior was still in terrible shape. Dead grass, trees and bushes. Stained sidewalks. Lots of disrepair. There is a terrible stink when you walk behind the main building over the bridge. And the whole park your car and walk around is somewhat annoying.
What they don’t tell you. The parking is SEVERLY limited. You will actually have to park half a mile away! Then you have to wait in the flaming hot sun for a shuttle to bring you to and from the hotel. We booked a room just a few hours before arrival. When we got there and realized that the parking situation would not accomodate us with having a sick child and possibly having to leave in our own vehicle quickly we asked to cancel so we could find another place where we could park within a reasonable distance to our room. We did not stay there, never even checked in yet we are still fighting for our money back. They will not even answer for Expedia when they try to contact them about it. I did call them directly and since we booked through Expedia they said we had to go through them. They have been trying to contact them for days now. This is not a good place if you have a special circumstance child or family member with you. Horrible curstomer service and parking.

Nightly rate is a bit overpriced for such a mid resort. It was nothing spectacular but my room served its purpose and was fairly clean. Didn’t use any of the amenities but the pool looked nice. The parking situation was ridiculous.
The lady who checked us in was awesome wish I could remember her name. The lady Samantha who checked us out was great. My problem is I called front desk at 11:50 p.m.when we got back to the room on Saturday the 25th.tired and hungry and our room smelt so horrible. Like backed up sewage. When I called front office I was addressed as yes sorry hold on sir. I'm a women. When I told her she said hold on we will move you! I was like ok i have been out on the heat for 11 hours I don't want to pack everything up and move. Twice I told her what room when she came back on tried to say thank you for calling and realized it was still me and said sir your 209 right and didn't let me answer put me on hold again. I think it was like 10 min for the call. Well it disconnected us. She never called back NOTHING! so we had to smell that all night long while eating and sleeping!
The property was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The amenities closed early, not leaving time for guests to enjoy. I was not notified you pay a resort fee daily for amenities. I managed to use once for an hour. A the valet was short staffed and transportation provided, golf cars were out of service.
While a nice property, it is difficult to determine what population they are catering to. There is a $200 hold that a place on your card that you’re not told about until you check in. Valet is also a requirement.
The pool and amenities at the pool are lovely and a good atmosphere.
While the rooms are aesthetically, pleasing, the beds are not comfortable nor the pillows and the blankets are very thin.
The facility is very good and beautiful, but the service was terrible. Upon arrival, we had to wait two hours—first because there were supposedly no rooms available, and then the manager finally assigned us one, stating that there *were* rooms after all. Furthermore, if you try calling them by phone—whether to request a pickup or for any other need—they simply don't answer.
We had a great stay. The staff were super accommodating and very friendly. It was my birthday weekend and they all went out of their way to make it special. I will definitely be returning to this lovely resort!!! Thank you💕
I was genuinely disappointed with my experience at this “resort.” While it is listed as a 4-star property on Expedia, my experience, and even Google ratings, tell a very different story.
Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the property does not match the images advertised. The location is misleading; it is situated at the far end of a golf course, which was not accurately represented in the listing. The overall presentation and atmosphere fell well below expectations for a resort of this supposed rating.
Due to these concerns, I made the decision to leave shortly after arriving and booked accommodations at the Westin instead.
I strongly encourage the property to be more transparent and accurate in how they present themselves online. Guests rely on those details when making travel decisions, and this experience did not reflect what was promised.
This resort is absolutely amazing I didn't eat breakfast there but I'm sure it was awesome because everything else there was awesome

Don't arrive at night unless you know exactly where you're going. It's a maze without addresses so finding anything is near impossible unless you've been there before. Apple maps takes you to the locked entrance/exit gate, and the employees will tell you to input 'service road' and follow that which is a pin that takes you to a dead end. If you're lucky they'll hand you a treasure map with an X on it so you can figure out where to go.
The door on 624 had a 3/4" gap. So everything that's going on outside you now hear as it if was going on inside, right in front of you. The bugs? Come right on in fam! What about safety? I could gain entry from the outside in seconds. Pathetic. Blue painters tape where sloppy maintenance personnel either didn't see the work that needed to be done or just didn't take it off after the work was complete and no cleaning staff bothered to either. Come sunrise the flock of gasoline powered golf carts comes out and thanks to the door being practically open you hear everything like it's in there with you.
I [over]paid for a weekend stay with my family to spend time with my dying father (this was the only place with availabilities) and just left after the first night, this place has nothing to offer me when I can't even enjoy a peaceful and safe night sleep with my family. We just came home instead.
Imagine the illegitimate lovechild of a nasty 90's apartment complex and a cheap 90's hotel. That's this place hahahahaha

Overall the property was okay. But I did not appreciate the extra cost of $26 per night for resort fees after my stay was already paid for and I did not experience any other resort amenities. Also they placed valet charges on my bill with out giving any other parking opportunities $30 ea night. That was terrible, clear communication with customers instead of charging extra fees after your stay. Thankfully the kind receptionist took off the valet parking. Due to a wedding the day I stayed, but that is not fair to customers to not make them aware of these charges.

The resort is doing 90 million dollars in upgrades. Our 2-bedroom suite was upgraded and was very nice. I had the pork at Rare and it was delicious, highly recommend. We went off site for dinner at Cooper's Hawk and it was amazing. The tennis camp was a lot of fun and also played pickleball. The pool area was just updated as well. They did plant all new vegetation but the 2 week cold spell killed everything unfortunately and must be redone. They are going to open the spa in March 2026 and there is a sports bar that is going to open. This was a great resort.. Had a blast.
When we arrived, we had to valet our vehicle and then be taken to our room by a golf cart. We didn't know we wouldn't have access to our vehicle the whole time. When we requested a golf cart to pick us up to bring us to the main resort, it took over 40 minutes to arrive. Also, the "cafe" doesn't open until 11am..so much for morning coffee.
