"Staff was great there was a laundromat on site. We did not use the on-site restaurant for breakfast. My only complaint is the parking garage was not great. Otherwise would definitely stay there again. Excellent hotel nice set up in very roomy "

"This is one of my favourite hotels simply because of the rooms and price. It’s also the perfect location, not right in your face downtown but a quick drive to anything. It is not a five star hotel but the apartment style rooms are great for large groups. As for cleanliness the fridge and floors could use a bit of tending to and my room had a stale cigarette smell but nothing a little air freshener couldn’t fix. The staff is friendly and I do like the underground parking although it is $40 a night which I find a bit pricey. Keep in mind I have stayed here three or four times in the past four years and they are still doing construction throughout the building. Nevertheless I will be back again. "

"Sadly our room thermometer didnt work until the morning we were checking out so we had a cold room from check in onwards and then it blasted heat as we were exiting the next morning. "

"Rooms could use some cosmetic updates but were clean. Bar had good food and waiter and waitresses were very good. Check in people were OK could smile a bit"

"The AC wasn’t working properly and no fan was available so we were moved to a slightly cooler room. We were made aware that the 13th of April was the first day of the season , to connect the AC. The staff were the absolute friendliest, professional and made our Toronto visit so enjoyable!"

"Everything was just about perfect! The only thing I wish were more available, was more toilet paper in the bathroom. Stayed for two nights, and had to resort to using Kleenex tissues the second evening and night. Also, the plug in the bathtub unfortunately did not work."

"Nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Very close to OLG theatre, restaurants, Fallsview Casino and the falls. Parking off site is also very close to the hotel. The only issue we had was very loud drilling above our 7th floor room that started at 7:30 am in the morning. "
