「The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The mosquito net was in great condition. The restaurant steak is delicious, and the included breakfast (and espresso machine!) was excellent. My only gripe is that the staff seemed not to understand how things worked -- every question I asked had to be communicated to the boss, even really basic things. But, overall a great stay.」

「Of course the game drive was wonderful. But cottage 4 was dirty throughout the rooms & dusty (we coughed a lot). The lamp shades were dirty and one of the lamps didn’t work. It was disappointing」

「Breakfast - There needs to be improvements on the selection and quantities. One of the days went to breakfast and they literally said a certain goof was finished and it would take 45 minutes to make it . Cleanliness - The corridors had damp smell. One of the days they had an air humidifier in the corridor which sorta helped. But in the room the aircon had a funny sound and air wasn’t fresh. 」
