「Not quite the picture i saw when i booked it but it was a nice stay. Rustic. Friendly and helpful staff. The property is going through a remodel over the winter so I am looking forward to the updates.」

「大堂很复古，不过老酒店就是这样的。虽然服务人员们没有穿工作制服，但是服务态度都很好，酒店是木质结构，所以隔音效果不理想，木质楼梯走起来有咯吱声，住在楼梯旁边的卧室会受影响。暖气很给力，特别是在滑雪的季节。酒店后院有滑冰和滑雪的场地，还有设备租赁服务，比较周全。早餐很丰富美味。他们餐厅也有提供晚餐的餐厅（不免费），但是我们没有吃。总之这是一个很不错的度假村，有安静祥和的度假氛围。」

「The property was great. I will never use Expedia again because they charge more than the people at the resort. The people were nice to us and give us a late check out. Expedia is horrible because you should be able to get a better price or at least the same. Never use them again.」

「My new Happy place of Belfast! Absolutely stunning, peaceful and everything you could possibly need or want! Do much better than a hotel! A real home feel with a breathtaking view of the Harbour 」

「The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable neither of us slept well.」

「they oversold the room, and sent me to other hotel, which didn't have TV remote and provided dirty towels」
