「The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then.
On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches.
The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in.
The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...
