「The room need more space.」

「Service is very nice and location is very prefect as near by retail park, that’s easy to get in the restaurants. Room is clean and the size is big but dust was found on the bed.」

「You get what you pay for! The bedroom has seen better days and not in good condition. Sink was full of cracks which have been there a long while looking at the colour of them. Same again with the shower tray. Breakfast was very basic and the staff didn't seem or want to notice that both juice dispensers were empty and the food plates needed refreshing. If I need to stay in the area again I won't be going back.」

「I booked for my elderly parents . When we checked in , no one explained anything about breakfast, when we asked other guests they just pointed to the kitchen which was empty . Only managed to find some bread in the fridge . There were no eggs , no bacon no variety of bread or cereals. The signs in the hotel indicate check out is at 11:00 am but they knocked on the door at 10:00am and kicked us out without giving us a chance to even make breakfast.」

「I left this hotel covered in bite marks — I have clear photos. Staff removed the mattress protector on the spot, then later denied everything and blamed the guest. I was forced out in a foreign country with no help and my luggage still inside. Avoid this hotel at all costs. 入住後我全身都是咬痕，有照片為證。飯店現場把床墊保潔墊拖走，事後卻完全否認並把責任推給旅客。 在異國我被迫無處可去、行李還留在房間，他們一句話都不負責。請一定避開這家飯店。 」
