「The bedside lamp didn’t work because there was no power from the outlet. A staff member came and brought another lamp, but that didn’t solve the problem since the outlet itself had no electricity. The issue was never fixed during our stay. Very disappointing service.」

「Wasn't too bad for a 2 star hotel. Kinda clean, no bugs. The staff came banging on our door an hour before checkout time, then immediately tried to open the door before waiting for a response. Thankfully I had the deadbolt locked. Then when I asked for late checkout because we checked in at 1am, she was rude. We probably won't be coming back.」

「There was not a lot of hot water. It was consistently warm, like the hot water heater needed to be turned」

「Breakfast was good. Check in was good and gal was helpful. Room was noisy, water and cooling etc. Pillows were poor, small and lumpy.」

「Very nice accommodation . Second stay at this hotel. Will do again.」

「Mattress was okay, but not as comfortable as I would have expected for a Hilton. It seemed thin. Overall, the experience was pretty good.」

「All the above. No complaints. Stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. Would use a recommend this hotel to anyone else coming that way and have to stay overnight.」

「The Rose Cottage was so spacious and quiet and Robin was very friendly and accommodating with requests. She helped with dinner recommendations and shops around town. I would love to come back here again!」
