「This place is beautiful, inside and out. There is some construction going on inside to improve rooms off the entrance, but it's not close to the rooms. We never heard a peep from anyone else. Very nice stay.」

「No coffee available in room or in breakfast area at 8:00am. They refused to make any. Breakfast was supposed to be included but they had NOTHING except bagels (again no coffee). Air conditioning would not cool sufficiently. Couldn’t get it below 75 degrees. Beds were good and firm. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly.」

「Staffs are very nice and breakfast are awesome. They also provide laundry service and snacks. But the door is not very good to block noise in the hallway. The door of bathroom is not good designed.」

「The room was clean and nice. The AC vent needed to be cleaned, it had mildew on it. The "closet" area was small, but we made the space in the room work for us. Staff was super friendly and very helpful.」

「Hi, I didn't like that there was no full length mirror in the room. The toilets are very low. Apparently, there was no accessibility room with bars for the toilet area, I was told. I particularly liked that there was a window to open to let in fresh air. I liked the daily cleaning and towel replacement in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you」

「Everything was top notch except for one thing. Refrigerator did not work. Called front desk… was offered another room but we had already unpacked everything and not in the mood to repack and move. Was told they would get a placement. 24 hours later, no replacement. Called and told they would get it done. Next day, no replacement. :-(」
