「Traveling for a family event in the area. Staff was ok. Room was barely adequate, very run down. Tub wasnt the cleanest and very dingy and old. What was horrible was the room next to me had two large dogs who barked alot and the occupants came in after midnight they were extremely loud, dogs barking, yelling, banging doors it kept me up most of the night both nights. Then I attempted to have breakfast on Saturday and they were out of mostly everything at 9:15 They opened at 9. Would not stay...

「The sofa beds did not have linen or bedding in the correct size. The bathroom door in one of the rooms needs to be repaired, you could get trapped. The house from the outside does not have identification, I arrived at a very dark night, without telephone coverage and we could not locate which house where we would stay. 「The front desk staff was amazing. Extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and the gym was clean. Overall, even though we were evacuating a hurricane everything was excellent. Thank you for an amazing stay.」

「The staff were very friendly and engaging which was nice. The property was clean and as was the room. Only two minor issues was the bathroom. It's small so you have to either step inside shower to close door or stand in between toilet and shower to close door Only other minor issues is pillows. I'd advise bringing your own or asking if they can give an additional one as hey don't provide much support for sleeping. Overall nice experience with lot of different food choices」

The person at the desk spoke no English and had no clue how to process his Expedia reservation. Finally called someone who managed to get him checked in. He got his key and went to get something to eat. Came back walked into the room and it was all down hill after that. There were dead cockroaches on the floor. No bottom sheet on the bed. No toilet...
