「The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes mixed with air freshener. There was also a hidden fee of $68 for our stay.」

「This was a lovely, family-run Inn. The room was incredibly cozy and the two restaurants on the property were wonderful. Staff was accommodating and kind. This property is a gem!」

They have nothing but water and coffee for breakfast. I will not stay here again. There are multiple people hanging outside and by the front lobby like homeless people.」

「The hotel stay was overall acceptable, but the room felt quite outdated and could really benefit from a refresh. The furnishings and decor appeared worn, and the carpet looked old and not as clean as it should have been, which affected the overall impression of the room. Updating the room and replacing or deep-cleaning the carpet would go a long way toward improving the guest experience. The staff was pleasant, but the condition of the room did not meet expectations.」

「Our shower dispenser was broken. The shampoo , lotion and conditioner wouldn’t stay in the dispenser.」

「97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :(」

「A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit...
