"Parking is green. Staff is great casino is awesome. Main restaurant is closed and the other fine dining restaurant doesn’t allow you to take the food up to your room. The pool had some issues with hair being on the pool deck 2 days in a row. In our room first thing we noticed as we entered was a dead fly on our table and another fly on our lamp. "

"There was no elevator in this facility. I had gotten this particular accommodation because I had a handicapped family member living nearby that I wanted to visit with us while we were in town. Because of no elevator, they were not able to visit us. The “buffet breakfast “ was lacking. It is a beautifully quaint place to stay! It just needs some tweaking!"

"Our room was clean and so was the lobby and breakfast area. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room hvac unit worked well but we like to be able to run the fan constantly while sleeping and this system wouldn’t allow us to do so. It was quite warm in the building. Breakfast was decent and somewhat typical eggs with cheese, biscuits and sausage gravy but no meat. Everything seemed fresh. We would definitely stay here again when in the area."

"It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but I was very disappointed with this stay. My first interaction at the front desk was not welcoming, and I was given inaccurate information that made check-in more difficult than it should have been. Although other staff members were polite, the initial experience created a poor first impression. The room also did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. I took photos of the issues and shared them with staff, and I was surprised that management was not involved. I was never offered the chance to speak with a manager, despite the concerns I raised. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations for cleanliness, communication, or customer service."

"Dirty rat hole! My bathroom was dirty and still had the previous guest’s hair all over. The tables in the room were dirty and the ice machine was disgusting. There were brown stains all over it as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years! I had to make sure that I kept closing the door all the way because it didn’t on its own. And there was one outlet to plug in chargers or whatever needed charging. Disgusting place! Nothing like the pictures online. "

"They had bed bugs & the heat didn’t work . I had to leave all my belongings there cause I woke up covered in bed bugs"

"Seems like this was a 5 star destination hotel about 40 years ago. Still nice, but dated. Quiet. Could use a little more TLC, but has a lot of great character."

"Hot tub was not very hot. Had to pull out the stop button to get jets to work, plus they were set too hard and water going over the edge. When using the jets it made the tub water hold. "
