「The service was terrible. When checking in there was only one staff member and there was a line. There was also a misunderstanding with my reservation as I had booked 3 rooms but staff could only find 1. The bedsheets were not clean and when I tried calling the lobby to complain no one was answering. 」

「Staff was pleasant and helpful. Ice machine was down due to recent power outage from severe weather and staff obtained ice from kitchen for me (above and beyond effort).」

「Loved the continental breakfast. Pool was cold, and had stuff floating in it. Not very appealing. Was disappointed with that.」

「My husband and I had an excellent one-night stay while passing through on our way to Chicago. The hotel was comfortable, quiet, and very reasonably priced. We appreciated how clean and welcoming everything was, and it provided a great night’s rest after a long day of travel. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay.」

「Taylor at front desk was terrific from checking in to checking out. Staff in restaurant and bar were amazing as well. I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn over the last 20ty years and always perfect. The only thing I would fix would be the lighting in bathroom. It us horrible for getting ready and putting on makeup.」

「Room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Mini-fridge and microwave were nice to have. MWe were there for a quick overnight stay on our way to see family, so didn’t need many of the amenities. Would definitely stay again.」
