My boyfriend and I had booked the smoking suite room however when we got there they were all booked. The staff and manager actually allowed us to turn a non-smoking room into a smoking one! I was really blown away with the customer service. Will absolutely stay again! 」

「We had our 2 elderly dogs with us and had requested 1st floor near an exit. This request was met and we were delighted with the size of the room (had a “suite” room), the comfortable bed and the large bathroom with walk in shower. As we have family in Mich City, we will be staying again!」

「The room is really clean but not really quiet the morning time you can hear the house keeping person talk really loud and there’s no towel on the floor for restroom and no soap bar . The tissue is empty. I have to use the toilet paper. 」

「Absolute dump. We were hesitant about even leaving our cars parked in the parking lot. The pictures of the property online look like AI generated versions of the sad reality of real life. We ended up booking a different hotel down the street. If you get fooled and book a room here, they will keep your money and not offer any kind of refund when you show up in person to see this scam of a property. 」
