「The hotel did not match the photos online. We were expecting and booked a beautiful hotel with a balcony and beach access. We arrived to a room that was disgusting. The AC unit was falling out of the wall. The shower was rusted and cracked. I have a baby and did not feel comfortable putting them down in the room. 「When we first arrived to the hotel to check in, we almost decided to go somewhere else, as when we pulled in their was at least 4-5 cop cars outside. My husband went inside to check in and overheard the situation and he said it wasnt anything too bad so we decided to stay. A few days went on and then we had CPS knocking at our hotel room door over said incident that happened the night we checked in🙃.other than all of that craziness our stay was okayish.」
