「It’s been a long time since I’ve rated a stay low. I always take time to look at ratings prior to booking. Surprised this location was a 9/10. It all started at check in, the two gentlemen working the desk were a bit odd to be working a front desk. They seemed a little out of it. They couldn’t figure out which rooms others have been booked into so they were going to rooms to check if anyone was in there already. They lost our paperwork and keys multiple times at the front desk while checking...

「The elevators were not operational, so all trips even with luggage were by stair. The room air conditioner was very noisy. Most of the breakfast items were unavailable, including yogurt, milk for the cereal, pancakes, tea, etc. This was despite there being places for these items on the buffet, with signs indicating they were unavailable.」
