「the managers were helpful carrying our cases up and down two fcloors. no lift there. we found the menu had the same thing on every night. i am a diabetic type two and not everything i could eat apart from the beef steak pie and chicken with rice. i did not want the peppercorn sauce but i asked for gravyt which was bought to me when i had nearly finished the meal. room service could have been better. sometimes no milk ortea bags . one occasion waste paper basket not emptied and cups...

Wonderful service bu those very friendly and helpful staffs but one problem is the rooms which located on the ground floor are just next to the bar courtyard, you can hear all the noises by the customers because they just seats outside your windows.」

「酒店非常舊，房間內傢俬不清潔，浴室內掛牆用具鬆脫，也無人處理。所遇到的員工，態度幾好，對住客的要求，都盡量滿足。如果沒有租車，勸喻大家千萬不要租這間酒店。因為由巴士站行去酒店，一段路都是非常黑暗的。」

「This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which made it very easy to access after a long travel day. Since I had to check in after hours, the staff arranged for my room key to be placed securely in the mailbox, making the process smooth and stress-free. The property felt safe, was clean and well-maintained, and offered a comfortable environment. Considering the price, it provided excellent value for the location and amenities. I would definitely choose to stay here again if the need...

「Business trip for one night. Room was comfortable, breakfast was great. However, the best part was when I desperately needed to work and print some documents ready for a presentation, I was having a terrible time getting everything to work. Member of staff on duty Patricia looked after me amazingly, coffee, helped me find cable etc....above and beyond, excellent service, thank you Patricia for turning a bad day into a better one !」

「Hotel charge £5 for parking although we arrive very late 10:00pm and leave at early morning. There are no any other parking nearby. 」
