「All was 5 star just found the bed uncomfortable and for me the pillows where to hard」

「We had a three-night stay at St Pierre Park Hotel for a holiday to Guernsey which was very pleasant overall. The room was comfortable, the hotel well connected by public transport to St Peter, Cobo Beach and many other attractions. We found the staff to be most helpful during our stay. A special shout out to all of the restaurant team, and housekeeping, especially Navjot, who made sure our room was in impeccable shape every evening, including a very cute towel toy dinosaur - skillfully put...

「Room was great. Food was good although menu a little limited. Staff were friendly and helpful. Did have issue with fridge that was reported and checked during the stay but wasn't fixed. Overall a good relaxed break.」

「Air conditioning - there isn't any! My room was like a sauna and it made it very difficult to sleep. The staff tried to help with a mobile air con unit but to limited effect. Otherwise, the stay was lovely, staff superb, wonderful breakfast. Also, be aware that the "cheaper" rooms are a long way from the main hotel - bit cheeky really.」
