「Beautiful property and staff. Everywhere in the hotel is so well looked after, decorated and furnished. Plenty of areas to just sit and enjoy a drink, the atmosphere and views of the garden. The staff were so friendly, caring and helpful and genuine - you never felt they were doing things just because it was their job to do so. 「Lovely hotel in a lovely location. Staff were all excellent and extremely helpful, rooms very comfortable and well furnished, we also had a beautiful sea view. Breakfast and Bistro/Bar food very nice. Only negative was the shower which had very poor pressure, and the bathroom itself didn't meet the quality of the rest of the hotel, but I would imagine they are due a makeover as every other area has had. But didn't change our overall positive view and would definitely stay again if visiting...

「Staff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better.」
