We loved our stay, the staff were exceptionally helpful and inviting. The hotel was in a great position with a lovely view and both restaurants served up great food. We will definitely be recommending the Fermain Valley.

The room very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Beautiful terrace to sit out in. Food was amazing and all the staff so friendly and helpful. I’d recommend this hotel. Shuttle bus is available too which was great. Mainly the staff were brilliant

Lovely hotel with exceptional staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Lovely beach at bottom of hill, with a great cafe. Worth the walk back up.

Had to change rooms as first one a loud boiler /fan noise.second room although didn’t have a walk in shower it was so much quieter and stunning views. I was very pleased the staff found me another room

Fabulous hotel where you feel the staff truly care about the guests. Nothing was too much trouble, very friendly! Hotel is very comfortable, and feels relaxed. Feel like I could stay there alone and feel comfortable. Loved it and will be back!

Great hotel for a lovely few days away

Woodland valley view room had a lovely view, the staff were very helpful and courteous, breakfast food was very good quality. Hotel's own vehicle picked us up from the airport and took us back. Couldn't really fault anything. Only minor niggle was that their website stated a fridge was in every room when in fact they were only in the top tier rooms and unfortunately they had no others to provide us. So their website needs updating, but it was no big issue.

Fantastic hotel in good location with welcoming friendly staff. Walk through beautiful gardens to the cafe and swim safe beach at the bottom of the hill. We all came back feeling refreshed and rested.

More expensive than it should be but nice

Plenty of parking, park at the top of you're in the 'garden rooms'. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms comfy if a little small. Coastal restaurant good, disappointed that pizzas not being served which made veggie choices very limited. I had the salmon which was lovely but the sauce was very lemony, which wasn't described on the menu (just said butter sauce) so my son, who also had the salmon was not keen. Breakfasts were excellent, lots of choice. Swimming pool a bit on the small side but fun to play in.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fermain Valley hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We got a free upgrade from the Venue to the main hotel where our room had a balcony. The breakfast was really nice. We also got a free shuttle to and from the airport which was a nice touch.

Amazing hotel with friendly and effecient staff

I cant fault the hotel for much, if anything. During our stay the heating didnt work and the windows rattled and let in cold air when the wind was strong. The hotel was immaculate and the service and food were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

In a quiet spot, out of town, but with good bus links to centre of St Peter Port. Very steep access, but less steep using 2nd floor door through garden to main road. Useful free shuttle available on certain days for town. Only complaint is that there needs to be more advance information about the dining facility. On arrival we were told that the kitchen was closed on certain days and that we had to walk to the co-owned nearby Mexican restaurant for evening meals.

This is a great place; we loved the service, food, etc. One thing, make sure that if you book a Platinum room in the summer, you get one with a balcony! We got one without, so we didn't really feel the "Platinum"

Exceptional service from all staff, extremely friendly and accommodating. no ask was too big. Great recommendations for darks skies too. The hotel has 3 restaurants, and whilst we only got to try 2, the food was wonderful, breakfast had so many options. Rooms were clean, tidy and enough storage for everything (and we don't travel light). Just the entrance to the parking is a little tight - but you do get used to it. Arrived back home 3 days ago and already booked our next stay (and returning to Fermain in just under 3 weeks time). Cannot wait to return! And this time, we will get round to eating in the Rock Garden. :)
