「Wonderful stay. Location is beautiful and the hotel is very comfortable. Very good shower pressure with hot water. Staff are very kind and helpful. Good location to get to for Xingping bamboo rafting and Xianggong viewing platform. Amazing farm coffee shop - Goudan Farm Coffee Xiangye Kitchen 狗蛋农场咖啡乡野厨房 - walking distance from hotel.」

「The hotel was great. The staff are so unbelievably helpful and lovely. Whoever the owner is should do all they can to keep the staff they have, they are nothing short of fantastic. Breakfast was good and we ate dinner once too and we were really happy. The location is great, not too far from town but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. We also appreciated the free shuttle in the evening to town. We walked back twice but it was also easy to get a Didi taxi. Highly recommend this place.」

「La atención me gustó! Y el lugar es muy agradable」

「We have mixed views on this Banyan Tree Property. The room and the grounds were lovely and very well maintained, including things for kids to do, however there were some key details lacking which means this property falls short of the standards we expect from Banyan Tree. Firstly the service was quite frosty and not as attentive as it could have been, I know there was a language barrier, but it doesn’t account for everything. Please note I would not put our butler in this category - Teresa was...

「The room is clean and the service is good, but the hotel seems a little bit old-fashioned.」

「Did not use the spa. Too packed with activities. Service is excellent. They anticipated what we needed and gave good recommendations. 店长too. 林子too! We enjoyed our stay completely. 」

「Suoer lovely hotel, staff were amazing, would definitely stay here again!」

「A quiet, village away from the city cente and excellent for relaxing 」
