「Really enjoyed this hotel. The room was big, clean, and came with a massage chair plus a great mountain view. Breakfast was mainly Chinese themed with limited options but totally fine. It’s not right in town, but getting a Didi (Uber equivalent) anywhere in Yangshuo is quick and easy. The place has lots of fun extras like kids’ play area, small animal corner, as well cat fishes and koi fishes, you can feed, and a rooftop pool that is specifically for photos. They offer a one-time complimentary...

「Il personale di questo hotel è stato splendido. Ci ha aiutato a pianificare le attività e tutti i suoi dipendenti sono stati davvero eccezionali. Colazione e merenda davvero eccezionali. Super consigliato!!」

「Our stay was perfect, the staff were so helpful and kind. The view from our room was once-in-a-lifetime. The afternoon tea and cakes were delicious and not too sweet. We would recommend staying here any time you’re in Yangshuo!! The pool was really warm in late October. Logistically, the hotel makes you feel like you’re at home. Laundry machines are available. Deliveries to the hotel from Meituan were easy, and the hotel has a nice breakfast every morning so you don’t have to leave paradise if...

「The room was a good size for the price and was decently clean. Cleaning staff maintained the room and brought water everyday. The staff and owners were very kind, going above and beyond in order to make the trip memorable. They helped book many of my tickets and were even able to offer some discounts on certain tickets! No matter what you need if you ask them they will do all they can to accommodate and help you on your trip」

Firstly the service was quite frosty and not as attentive as it could have been, I know there was a language barrier, but it doesn’t account for everything. Please note I would not put our butler in this category - Teresa was...
