"The hotel is at a very good location. The hotel staff recommended tours for me as I got there and was very thorough in their instructions as to navigate around the non English speaking tours. The breakfast is good. The staff is very nice!"

"The property is beautiful but that’s where it begin and ends. Staff were disinterested and it was like a cafeteria experience -no warmth or personality. The concierge was terrible and no one went out of their way. Although the hotel grounds and location are beautiful it was very touristy and impersonal with not much to do in the area."

"We left the hotel the next morning. The only one elevator broke and we were on the 5th floor. My wife is handicap and this was the final straw that bre my tolerance. No staff spoke English, no cofee for breakfast, no silverware, food was awefall. Pictures looked great, the property is ran down, in a bad area. Ah,tge toilet stopped workung after one flash, no tv, a projection screen hard to see during the day and local chinese channels only. "

"We booked a room with extra space, so it’s quite spacious. Room is clean. Excellent location. The only setback is that their air conditioning is centralized. Sometimes we feel that the air con is not working and the room is abit stuffy. The portable fan does help abit. "
