"Absolutely everything was amazing about this place. From the staff who were always friendly, smiling, courteous and always on hand to assist you. The food which was absolutely amazing and the afternoon tea is definitely worth hanging around for. "Very nice hotel with great staff, but English is barely spoken by one person at the front desk. If you don't speak Chinese, you'll have a tough time, but you can get by with a translator. Conveniently located to dining and a couple of tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet included a good variety of western and Chinese choices. It's a comfortable choice, except that the room had no air conditioning. I'm thinking they just don't let it run in February, so the room was always hot, unless a window was opened. They did help with a fan, though."
